First and foremost, it contains all musical works that were notated and published by RR Klein or approved for publication. It also contains 104 works and series of works by RR Klein on recordings (CDs, long-playing records, single records, audio cassettes), as well as copies of documents on the composer's biography, the meaning and impact of his musical works and his composition theory. Prof. Dr. Wilbert also entrusted the bibliographical recording of the components of his collection. The city of Landau in der Pfalz has committed to creating and maintaining a RR Klein archive with this collection in the long term. The archive is based in the Nußdorf district and is managed independently by this district. It is on public display there and accessible upon request.
